The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the School Office with the following particulars:

Name of Candidate

Name of School last Studied

Class to which admission is sought

Date of Birth

Occupation of Parent

Permanent address for communication

The filled in application forms should reach the School office for registration within 15 days from issue.

The application form is to be signed only by the Father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign the application.

Full Permanent address/ residential address must be shown clearly.

Parent’s occupation and office address also be furnished.

The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or supply of false information may lead rejection of the application.

Father’s and mother’s full name should be written without any spelling error.
