The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the School Office with the following particulars:
• Name of Candidate
• Name of School last Studied
• Class to which admission is sought
• Date of Birth
• Occupation of Parent
• Permanent address for communication
The filled in application forms should reach the School office for registration within 15 days from issue.
• The application form is to be signed only by the Father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign the application.
• Full Permanent address/ residential address must be shown clearly.
• Parent’s occupation and office address also be furnished.
• The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or supply of false information may lead rejection of the application.
• Father’s and mother’s full name should be written without any spelling error.
